Ordering Information

Plans and building-descriptions can be ordered in the following way:

A.  Within the Eurozone by direct banktransfer of the correct amount in Euro to:

Bankaccount 16.87.00.360 at Rabobank, Arnhem, BIC: RABONL2U, IBAN: NL14 RABO 0168 7003 60 to the name of NVM Tekeningenarchief, Rotterdam.
You should transfer the amount in EURO. You must use the correct transfer-form and use of BIC- and IBAN codes is compulsory. Make sure that at least your name is visible on the transfer. Additionally you should send a letter to:
NVM Tekeningenarchief, P.O.Box 790, 5201 AT 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands,
or email to administratie@modelbouwers.nl with a copy to archief@modelbouwers.nl
indicating your order and giving your full name and address, if applicable also your membershipnumber. Refer  also to your banktransfer.

B.  By International Postal Money-order or Western Union Money Transfer:

Send a correctly filled out (Postal) Money-order, written in EURO, increased with € 10,- handlingcharges to:
NVM Tekeningenarchief, P.O.Box 790, 5201 AT 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands,
accompanied by a letter indicating your order and full name and address and, if applicable, your membershipnumber. Processing time of your order may be up to four weeks after receipt of your payment.

We do not accept personal cheques or cheques in foreign currency.

C.  For foreign orders only, we accept VISA card and Eurocard/Mastercard:

You can make creditcard orders by letter, fax or telephone. The creditcard companies do NOT allow us to accept creditcard orders by email. Refer to the contact information at the bottom of this page.
We need the following information:

  • your order
  • your full name and address
  • your telephonenumber
  • your creditcard number and expiry date
  • the CVC-code of your card if applicable (the Card Validation Code is the group of 3 figures behind your cardnumber on the signature-space at the back of your card)
  • your name, exactly as it appears on your creditcard.


    • All creditcard transactions must be authorised with the card-company. Your card will be charged in EURO's. There are no extra cost added to card orders.

    Additional Postage for foreign Orders.

    Our prices include taxes and postage in the Netherlands. For foreign orders you should add the following amount for extra postage, depending on the amount of your order:
    When ordering one or two plans or publications:
    Within Europe: add 5% of the value of your order
    Outside Europe: add 10% of the value of your order

    When ordering three or more plans or publications:
    Within Europe: no additional postal charges
    Outside Europe: add 5% of the value of your order
